This is great to cohabit with my young adult son. The loft space would be his private Livingroom & office. Also that formal dining room has the option for conversion to my office or a guest bedroom.

Hi Debbie, thanks for your comment. Yes I’m aware it’s not fully ranch. Hence the video title “with a twist”. The community as I explained at the beginning of the video is mostly ranch style homes, but they include The Cambridge option for individuals that desire a bit more space. There are strictly Ranch style models minus upstairs, if an individual desires. This particular style was created for more space. Hope this clarifies your concerns.

These are good homes. But very basic cookie cutter style homes. You can tell with the closets in rooms and hall ways. It look like something you will have in apartments.
