This is a Beautiful area Just Outside of Charlotte-- 2.5- 3 hours from Raleigh ! Homes here are much more affordable than many other cities ! I have actually toured this home .

Eli Magids Living in Charlotte NC I used to live in Charlotte off of Eastover road. Waxhaw is really not that close to Charlotte. You’re being generous that it is “just outside.” Living in Waxhaw didn’t make sense to us unless we both worked from home, or only had to go into the city twice a week. The commute really isn’t that convenient.

Tristan Crockett 3-4 million dollars in Waxhaw. The same home with the same amount of land would cost over 6 million dollars in Charlotte.

@@speakingtruths4215 The House is actually in Marvin, not as far south as Waxhaw-- Marvin has no zip code, so they all use the Waxhaw zip. 10 min max over the Charlotte Border . But way more affordable .

Maybe a ball player will buy it, many if not most people spending $3+ million in the Charlotte area will choose to live on Lake Norman and enjoy lake living instead of being out in the woods. I love the home but location is everything.

Be careful proclaiming what people need or don't need. Judging others based your values is not a position you want to put your self in. It's a beautiful house the best part from my eyes was it is surrounded by woods which gives you peace from your neighbors. Allot of us need that.
