Yikes, this market is killer. Glad I already own, but the last year has stopped me from selling and buying a new home in the NC area. I really feel for those trying to get into their first home. I bought my current place 19 years ago during a sellers market like this one and it took me 12 years to break even. Never again. LOL. Waiting for things to stable out a bit. The home is beautiful and the finishes are clearly upgrades. Love the home. And kudos to your videographer. They're great and love that they open all of the doors (some of us appreciate seeing inside of closets and pantries). Very professional videographer and also editor. Love your tours!

Thanks for watching! Price is primarily based on the location of the home. It’s minutes from Uptown Charlotte!

Great question! Of course, I cannot advise one way or another; but I will say that prices are beginning to stabilize here in the Charlotte area.

I have to ask, why are the homes they build so much more thought out with excellent floor plans? These are nice homes... However, they are mediocre compared to what you find in Texas, Florida and Georgia.

Took my advice and stopped talking through tour telling us what you’d do to the house. Now they are enjoyable.

I've noticed that you change your pronunciations of certain words from video to video, and even sometimes within the same video. Especially with the short and long "a" sounds (channel, pantry, plan, etc). It's a little cringe, not gonna lie 😂
