Absolutely LOVED how this video was filmed. This was the best because we actually were able to see all of the house as if we were walking in it ourself. Continue making your video like this with you doing the voiceover and not walking through the house because sometimes we miss some views of the house because the cameraman cannot enter the space at the same time as you.

As a Lake Wylie native, the area is beautiful, and Fort Mill is super close. However, be weary of traffic on the Bust Byod Bridge. It gets VERY backed up. Property is also very close to nature perseve with lake access, multiple hiking trails, and a camp ground (stay-cation?)

Beautiful spacious family home. Plenty of space. Water front is a great relaxing feature. Only negative for me is the Master Bedroom on the main level and not upstairs. Plenty of windows with all that lovely natural light which to me is awesome.

That's where the laundry room would be! Looks like they turned into a bathroom for employees working in the model home

We almost built in that community but decided to build in Chapel Cove. The sales agents for Taylor Morrison in that community were very take it or leave it. So we left it.
