Great video Victoria! Would you recommend people moving to Columbia rather than Charlotte? I know the prices are more affordable, but proximity is it worth it?

Hi, thanks so much for your comment. Columbia is about 55 minutes away from Charlotte. I have a lot of clients who work in Charlotte and live in Columbia. It's a straight drive on the interstate, so it goes by very quickly. In my opinion, you have the potential to get more "bang for your buck" in Columbia. But you have to determine if commute is something you can do.
