This guy appears to be poor in competency in hands onskills and is successful just based on connection placement in society. He features a jobsite in his neighborhood. Im quite sure he overcharges custo ers in orderto pay talented hands on workers fairly competitive wage a long with an equal pay fir himself just cause of his connections. There are many talented workers who are blocked from clie ts who will pay for their service just to protect others who in same industry but get business due to connections because of manmadesegments

  • @Jtbrooks09

People aren’t gonna wanna get healthy things as opposed to non healthy things. That’s just how it works. When people walk up to a vending machine, most likely they’re expecting vending machine type food, like chips and candy etc. Not healthy stuff.

Love this, I thought about this idea maybe 18 years ago when I came across an article on entrepreneur magazine. My job even installed a machine I was thinking about getting, but as he stated. You need to purchase good quality vending machines, because this vending machine door or part where the snacks were dropped was so large many of my coworkers were able to reach in and steal the snacks. I felt bad for the guy and his wife who did this but I’m not excusing my coworkers bad behavior but they should’ve researched the equipment before buying them.

Ok realistically speaking as someone with 22 years in banking and finance, something not adding up here. I had to listen to see if i was missing anything. At 17 we are not gonna give you that loan son, you gotta come real good. He had to have some serious backing/mentoring & support. I now see that his family is in the trucking business, so i could see he has experience whilst growing up..he is VERY knowledgable of the daily operation & industry as a whole. But they should mention he grew up in this kind of business....bring a sense of reality to things

  • @chesedfarms

We do some second flushes. Commercially speaking, the space on the shelf is more valuable by not doing the second flush. If the same space can produce 4-5x the mushrooms in the same time it doesn’t pencil. Additionally, putting the block back in the fruiting room for a longer period increases the risk and spread of contamination like mold and fungus gnats.
