Serial entrepreneur Abdulla Kudrath is a self-made millionaire who turned his passion for emergency medicine into a $1.9 million a month revenue across his more than a dozen businesses. He shares the strategies he’s used to achieve this success in this interview.
Abdulla grew up as a first-generation American in a working class neighborhood of New Jersey. Like many people, Abdulla didn’t have a clear path for his future when he graduated high school. He did well in school and went to college for computer science, but he wasn’t passionate about that career choice-and it showed. He was a self-described “slacker” who put as much energy into playing video games as he did into his studies.
All of that changed when he nearly failed out of school. That served as a wake-up call for him to find his passion and what truly brought him happiness, principles that have guided his entrepreneurial ventures since. He shifted from computer science to medicine and got the opportunity to travel to the Amazon, sparking a new passion for biology that led him to become an emergency room doctor. That laid the foundation for his future successes, both within the medical field and in other areas where he’s passionate, like collecting cars.
Following his heart and passions helped Abdulla achieve his full potential, but that doesn’t mean his journey was easy. In this interview, we’ll hear the struggles he went through and the challenges he overcame, along with the sacrifices he had to make to get to where he is today. He’ll also share his advice for people who want to become millionaires, and why following your heart and passion is a better way to go about it than focusing on the money.
If you want to hear from other self-made millionaires, check out some of our past interviews:

I have questions… How young can you graduate from med school in the US? How much can one make and save for 18 months? Anybody knows a bank that will loan a new med student $2 million who barely graduated foe a business while having 0 business experience?

When Obama was in office, the interest rates were at historically low levels throughout his ENTIRE tenure. That is precisely when this guy graduated. Forget trying to follow his path. Banks were lending to anything with a pulse in that fake era of "business". But now, here comes reality. Now, it's about survival.

His business plan was travel to the Amazon, become a Dr. and work nonstop until you make 2 million then use it to start first business. Give me a break!!! I live in the real world where I’m deciding if I need gas or groceries for the week.
