My friend lives in the UK. She told me that she had come across several burglary cases. She never goes out alone, and feels frightened at home after evenings worrying that someone would break in. Also, most of the time in the UK is cold preventing her from going out, and finally got depression.
I'm so sorry to hear about your friend's experience. It's really distressing to feel unsafe in your own home and to be worried about your personal safety. The cold weather and isolation can certainly make things even more challenging. It's important that she takes care of her mental health, perhaps by seeking support from a professional counselor or therapist. Encouraging her to stay connected with loved ones, even if it's just through phone calls or video chats, can also make a big difference. I hope things get better for her soon, and that she finds the support and security she needs to feel safe and happy again.

I like the teapots and cups on the window ledge. I just bought a pink and gold large striped teapot and a cup and saucer called "Regency". It took me a while to find the right spot in kitchen where it would fit and look good. Put on a small tray. Would like a white cake stand to put on.
