Back at the cottage, for dinner, I'll be making a comforting cottage pie with mashed potatoes, cheese, butter, black pepper, minced meat, and a variety of vegetables. Any vegetables will do, making this a versatile and hearty meal. At the end of the video, I've set a lovely table and invite you, dear viewer, to join me for this delicious meal.

•~❉᯽❉~• Cottage Pie Recipe •~❉᯽❉~•
Preheat oven to 200°C (390°F).
Boil the potatoes until tender. Mash with milk, butter, grated cheese and black pepper.
Meanwhile, in a large pan, Sauté the onion, carrots, and garlic until softened add the minced beef and cook until browned. Add the tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce, and beef stock. Stir to combine and add your vegetables (traditionally it's carrots and peas. I used green beans for my cottage pie because that is what I had on hand). Season with salt and pepper. Let simmer for 20 minutes.
Transfer the meat mixture to a baking dish. Spread the mashed potatoes on top. Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes, until the top is golden and crispy.

Yes, it’s almost the same. Sheperd’s pie uses ground lamb and cottage pie uses ground beef. I think that’s the only difference between these two 😊

I’ve seen similar pie, but they called it Shepherds Pie. Looks delicious!
