Compare with Venza, new Signia missing electrical frost roof, auto rain sensing sensor, electric steering adjustment and less ground clearance, less fuel efficient, 0-60 slower. But it cost 12k more. Do you think it is good value for just new look?

The Crown has changed from a single model to a brand with a more diverse range of models, and is now in a delicate position, being "more than Toyota but less than Lexus." In fact, Crown-brand dealerships have been established in Japan. This kind of branding strategy is likely to be well received in the Japanese market, where the Crown has a long history, but may be difficult to understand in the US market.

I've been love what Hyundai is doing lately and their new engines are likely not as reliable as a Toyota or a Honda, but they're likely getting better and we just don't have the data yet how long the new ones will last. If the do have issues in 10 years, people will say I told you so, but if they don't, people will just ignore it while saying that Hyundai engines are bad because confirmation bias is a real thing and people only like to complain.

Loving the sporty look. But, why not classified as a crossover? The original Crown badging needed to be kept. Esp if it's going to be priced close to the Grand Highlander or base Lexus models.

Do you guys find the 1.3 3 cylinder in the GR Corolla a deal breaker? I love Toyota/Lexus but i'm getting the Golf R just because of the 2.0 4 cylinder. Its probably irrational but its the same reason I wont buy a V6 muscle car, it just feels wrong. Also, why no VW GLI?

I really believe the 2024 BMW 230i should be on here, starting in $36k. 255 HP/295 lb ft. You can still get the dynamic handling package for $1,900 which includes m sport brakes, rear E-diff, and larger 19s with Summer rubber. One of the best overall cars under $40K

So weird seeing Americans freak out about these, we had them in New Zealand when they came out, could pick them up for around $7k back in 2005 ish. Ya know, along with Skylines, Silvia's, Evos, WRX's, Supra's and basically anything else you can think of that's cool from Japan.
