  Hi, i have been stuck on something during fishing. Is it possible that when you have an hook in the ships inventory and not your personal inventory that you cant use it for the fishing and cant reel in the line? I have a hook in the ships inventory and i get the message missing hook item. I set out a line with bait of 2500 hooks.

  Time 55:28: you do not dare to use local brake so much. In a real loco, it ios the loco brake, and if you tried to slow the train down using this one, you're likely not only to have it too low in terms of power, but also to lock the brakes, destroying the wheels (flat spots on these). On heavy train like this, always use main brake.

  my guess is this is a longterm investment situation. making a Flight Sim, even a more simplified and arcadey one can take ALOT of work. Eagle Dynamics have their plate overflowing with just DCS alone. as well as the devs of IL2. so while CAP2 may seem unfinished, there's already a good base to work off of. They don't need to code entire flight models, how radar works, ground clutter, god forbid they need to make an entirely new engine. bug fixes and content drops seem miniscule compared to making your own Flight sim game from scratch.

  Did they leave the waves in the game i got fishing northern Atlantic and was really sad to see no waves and quit playing i want it to feel real and that i got to plan on either heading in early to shore or staying out to fight the waves for extra money or worying about capsizing

  I am really late to this game but I played Hotel Renovator prior and my biggest complaint is lack of detail to the NPC’s/guests. From their attire and look to mechanics. Once you get your properties to a certain level, the customers should reflect the environment. Dress code, etc.

  The IL-2 Series is amazing. The Normandy campaign is currently on sale. If you like combat flight sims that are super realistic, go check this series. Also, I bought the Falcon 4.0 (F-16 sim) back in 1997 - along with a physical manual that weighed more than a house brick - and thanks to Mods like BMS the realism went off the charts. Steep, steep learning curve, but so worth it to be flying - and understanding - an F-16 jet.

  Ive had this game on my watchlist for a while... Looks like its going to live there a while longer. Im a PPL(H) pilot, and a computer pilot too.. DCS, xplane etc.. On a whim, I recently bought 'Nuclear Option' on steam. Weirdly... Im enjoying it...

  I refunded after 20mins on STEAM. I was really disappointed with menu options, the lack of tutorials as you stated. When I flew through a cloud my cockpit filled with the cloud as if it was full of smoke, then cleared as soon as I exited the cloud. Thanks for the honest review, I had the same bad VR experience you had.

  Better watch the documentary on how it sank and whole bunch of controversy surrounding its last journey. This seems like a poor attempt to bring attention to the tragedy :( I know people who lost their relatives in that tragedy.

  @@SimUKReviews there's a lot more to it. Due to huge amount of possible reasons for it sinking - there's been no "single guilty party". The reasons for the ship to sink range from simple unshut manhole to complete tinfoil hat levels like "nuclear waste cargo needed to be sunk" or planned sabotage of the vessel, as it's called the same way as the new republic that just gained its independence from ussr :) so yeah - latest documentary I think is on discovery+.

  @@SimUKReviews Sorry if I came across as harsh, but to be frank, about 2min into the video the volume boost dramatically and in my headphones it was brutally harsh to my ears. Normalization scans the entire audio of a song / album / video / full movie etc and adjusts the audio to have a constant average volume. If you're using pretty much any video editor there is most likely a normalization filter built into the audio editor portion of the software. Quote from elsewhere: "Audio normalization is the application of a constant amount of gain to an audio recording to bring the amplitude to a target level. Because the same amount of gain is applied across the entire recording, the signal-to-noise ratio and relative dynamics are unchanged. Normalization is one of the functions commonly provided by a digital audio workstation. Two principal types of audio normalization exist. Peak normalization adjusts the recording based on the highest signal level present in the recording. Loudness normalization adjusts the recording based on perceived loudness. Normalization differs from dynamic range compression, which applies varying levels of gain over a recording to fit the level within a minimum and maximum range." You might consider familiarizing yourself with this feature. :) Again - sincerely sorry I came off angry - one of the drawbacks of being able to immediately react to something online. Good luck with your channel and I hope (sincerely) you find success.

  Many thanks indeed. I have to admit, I do have 5-7 years of experience working with audio (bit of a love hate experience) but as I do use an auto balancing system at the point of recording I was confused about what your complaint even was....... HOWEVER, as I have just listened to it we can all thank YoutTube for that small segment of VERY LOUD MUSIC as they claimed some part of that section had 3 seconds of copyright material in it and I asked YT editor to remove it because I didn't want to go through the terrible copyright process YT invented. So I apologise for that loud burst, and won't be using that crappy YT option again.

  Yeah it seems to be a little bit messy....the major update seemingly included lots of coming soon icons and some very broken quick missions. Genuinely not sure how this one will pan out.

  Try the AV8b in dcs, it took me around 8 months to become proficient at vertical landing. Very difficult but rewarding aircraft

  Microprose is one of my favorite developers ever. From B-17 to Strike Eagle 3 plus all early Civilization and X-Com games, I remember them as a vanguard tech developers, nothing to do with their actual state. Not complaining about that as we all know that is a huge feat that they are back with some promising stuff (as Outerra), but the lads can't wast their name with bad projects as this one. I just want a simple air combat sim with a good dynamic campaign... something as the old EF-2000 by DID, that my potato GTX950 can handle. Cheers!

  One thing that baffles me is older engines could do longer routes, TSW should of been ground breaking with this, signing on at the depot, signing off. Etc 24 hour timing that if you start at any time of day you can pick up a train from depot or at a station. Can do this in OMSI ffs

  Harrier water should be the H2O value above the right MFD by the engine gauges. 500 is the max so it's either off or not implemented, the switch for its on the left by the stopwatch. I don't think there's a jettison for water, but fuel dump is essential as you can't vertically land a harrier without getting it under around 3000lbs of fuel. Water actually acts more like WEP power boost water injection than as cooling agent with pilots being told to try to keep out of the water boost range- it only kicks in at high power settings in STOL. I doubt any of that is in this game. DCS Harrier is awesome fun, despite the pretty awkward systems integration and it is caught up in the ongoing drama. Equally it won't teach you how to do it and many of the guides out there are wrong or unhelpful.

  I made the mistake of buying this game when it first appeared on Steam early access. Might as well flushed my $ down the toilet. Everything you said is dead on, the game is absolute rubbish. For anyone reading this do your self a favor do not waste your money on this mess. The likelihood this game will ever be in a playable state is close to zero as the devloper lacks the skill set needed to fix it. Not sure what Microprose is thinking on this deal.
