That thing is an inhalable pain reliever, it's not used in the US because the FDA thinks it might jack up your kidneys.

As usual, 1 England try and 1 England try saving tackle! Otherwise nothing positive about England. Obviously, the 2003 GS didn't happen. Or putting 60+ points past Wales and Scotland.

A Green Whistle non-addictive pain reliever that America refuses to legalize while its population dies from addiction and overdose of fentanyl, oxycodone, morphine, and other drugs there's no money in being healthy.

Yeah... well here, in America, let's say you break your bone "playing tackle footy in the school oval"... you're lucky if you can get an ibuprofen, or tylenol. As Americans it's quite clear. We like to get high. However simple it may seem as that the reality is sadly much more nuanced but maybe summarized in that most Americans are living paycheck to paycheck and incredibly overwhelmed under a massive amount of debt and the shear stress of that fact day in and day out is something that would make death seem appealing. And whereas most people don't regard death as an option for getting out from under these things opiates and anxiety medicine do seem like a nice solution even if just for any moment in time. I think and this is just my opinion, but I believe this is truly what we're seeing behind the so-called opioid epidemic and was never actually due to and over prescribing of these medications rather it's due to an overwhelming amount of stress without any seeming and and no hero or relief to come swoop in and help save the day and make things manageable again or make life enjoyable again. Americans have a substance-use issue, and that is a fact not up for debate. Without a doubt, Americans are THE premier purchaser, consummate consumer, and have the highest prevalence of opioid, and narcotic drug use in the world. Even speaking conservatively, the United States represents at least 70% of ALL drug purchases in the world, legal or otherwise. But, if we're being honest... and we are being honest, aren't we?... The real statistic is probably closer to something liKe 90%... Sometime in the 1980's a little family known as the Sackler's, "came upon" ( surely through hard work, sheer grit, determination and, perhaps, a modicum of clean money infused by investors who just wanted to join the sackler family and Purdue pharmaceuticals in their selfless endeavor to help heal the world...I mean it was really philanthropy and the American engine of invention functioning in an orchestrated beautiful conspiracy. I try to think of any other time in history in which we may have seen something so beautiful and what comes to mind is actually very recent in America's pharmaceutical capabilities in producing in record time not one but three novel new technologies or vaccines to combat the covid epidemic. Absolutely amazing. )l A process of synthesis for a new wonder drug, and immediately they applied for a copyright of the creation. It was touted as a revolutionary narcotic opioid, which was not only unrivaled in its efficacy and function, but more importantly, or miraculously, amazingly their in-house researc showed that this preparation of chemicals HAD LITTLE TO NO habit forming characteristiCS... IT WAS A modern type of miracle. It was a drug that needed to be implemented immediately and used as widely as possible after all there were so many people needlessly suffering and in why when there was this drug available to them for the management of acute to severe pain. Oh and the best news was that it showed in testing to be safe and effective in doses capable of being prescribed in all age groups, from children to elderly... For the sake of brevity I'm going to leave it there as we all know what that has ended up looking like and how that saga played out. (The Sackler's, by the way, still good a family net-worth of at least a$1 billion dollars... So, now we're in the 90's & doctors we're loving oxycontin. Not only were there patients never missing their appointments but Purdue pharmacies the manufacturer of the pain medicine had implemented a program by which doctors were essentially given subsidies or kickbacks based off of their sales performances and the number of people they could get to take these medications. I remember, my grandmother would send me into her pharmacy to get her medicine once a month when I was little and only as I got older and looked back at that period in time did I realized that she had THREE SEPARATE DOCTORS, EACH OF WHOM NOT KNOWING OF THE OTHER, prescribing her with 90 OXYCONTIN a MONTH. This should illustrate for you the problem that was rapidly coming to an undeniable head and was going to need to be addressed sooner than later. And that hammer fell hard and fast in the early 2000s as if 9/11 was a prophetic omen. As if Y2K and the end of the world was not enough, or the first ever attack on American soil when the world trade center fell was not enough it became top news every night on 60 minutes and dateline and all your local news channels reporting that in your drug cabinet in the bathroom was most likely a killer something so innocuous that most people probably didn't realize their children could easily find something to get high on that was most likely more potent than the heroin being sold at your local Chinatown down the block. The mainstream media loved it it was a story that kept on giving much like the numbers rising on the Chiron everyday during the covid pandemic. You would turn on the news and you would see that another hundred thousand people purportedly have died from the medical and pharmaceutical industries over prescribing of medicines specifically narcotic pain medication. doctors over-prescribing and causing an opioid epidemic and ruining the lives of hundreds of thousands of people every year... Fast forward again, and now you're lucky if you can even get Tylenol prescribed by a doctor. They've gone from supposedly overprescribing, thus causing an "opioid epidemic" in the United States to quite literally under prescribing. Don't even think about going to the hospital for any type of help kicking an opiate habit EVEN LEGALLY PRESCRIBED opiates... THEY'RE WORRIED ABOUT LAWSUITS, AND MANY DOCTORS IN SCHOOL NOW ARE JUST TRAINED TO LOOK AT PEOPLE AS IF THEIR JUNKIES FACING THE CONSEQUENCES OF THEIR ACTIONS. IT'S MORE LIKELY THAT THEY WILL SET YOU UP WITH A BEHAVIORAL HEALTH AND SUBSTANCE ABUSE COUNSELOR WHICH IS VERY LIKELY TO THEN PRESCRIBED AND PUT YOU ON A SERIES OF ANTIDEPRESSANT AND BRAIN-ALTERING CHEMICALS WHICH PLAY NO ROLE IN HELPING YOU KICK AN OPIATE HABIT. I WISH I COULD SAY THAT IT'S THE DOCTOR'S FAULT, UNFORTUNATELY NOTHING IS EVER UNCOMPLICATED. HOW WOULD YOU FEEL IF YOU DECIDED TO GO TO SCHOOL FOR UP TO 8 YEARS AND PUT YOURSELF INTO A MILLION DOLLARS OF DEBT ONLY TO THEN START YOUR OWN PRACTICE HOPING TO HELP HEAL THE WORLD ONLY TO THEN BE IDENTIFIED BY THE MEDIA AS A GLORIFIED AND LEGALIZED DRUG DEALER NARCOTIC PUSHER WHO HAS SINGLE-HANDEDLY PLAYED HIS OR HER ROLE IN GETTING OVER HALF OF THE UNITED STATES POPULATION ADDICTED TO SOME SUBSTANCE OR OTHER... UNFORTUNATELY THE WAY THINGS WORK IN THIS WORLD IS LIKE A PENDULUM IT SWINGS ONE WAY AND HOWEVER EXTREME IT GOES SO DOES IT GO THE OPPOSITE DIRECTIONALL WE CAN HOPE FOR IS THAT AT SOME POINT IN TIME IT WILL SETTLE BACK INTO THE CENTER AT REST AND DOCTORS WILL BE ABLE TO PRACTICE MEDICINE AS THEY SEE FIT ONCE AGAIN WITHOUT THE FEAR OF BEING LABELED AS THE BANE OF SOCIETY AND THE PUSHERS OF LIFE DESTROYING ADDICTIONS.
