  How does the nikon 7x35 action ex go with glasses? Is there enough eye relief? I tried 6x30 kowa yf iis from amazon and the image was spectacular and was good with glasses, however I couldn't widen them enough to see through both barrels at the same time. That was massively disappointing.

  you are a certainly convincing fan of this unit. Just bought and received this, they are wonderful so far and I see what you mean about how amazing they are. Great idea with the key ring am doing to have to replicate. Am going to Alaska this week and will try them out. Thanks for the review and hope you keep up the good work

  Very good point about the give and take on the portability of the double hinge vs single. Both model designs have their give and take. Often when you need a quick look see, you have no time to monkey with hinges. Vortex has great superior grip insurance too.

  I’ve got a pair of Fuji 6.6* Boat US. I got them used. They have the focus wheel, 7/50. They’re very similar to yours but not the same. I wonder if their the same quality as yours ? Too I can’t see what their County of Origin is.

  If you want to see stuff at NIGHT; For about 90 years THE glass of choice has been the 7x50 binoculars. Some folks even insist on 56mm or even 60mm "Objective" lenses for night time viewing.

  I bought one of these less than a week ago. Your appraisal is on point. Everything you said about it is true. So far, as a result of watching your videos, I’ve bought the Nikon Action Ex 7x50. Great unit. So clear and crisp. Today I found something I didn’t even know existed and I immediately bought it upon trying it. It’s made by Sky Rover and it’s the 8x30 Ed porro prism. An absolutely stunning piece of engineering for $360 Australian.For reference the Kowa YF2 6x30 cost $290Aus. I have sat with both and compared them side by side and the Sky Rover is amazing. So is the Kowa obviously, but it’s a close but clear second, in my non professional humble opinion. I couldn’t wait to comment on this video about this. Someone is going to benefit from this comment. I hope it’s you 😜

  I have a set of these that I was given as part of a gift bag from a Pro / Am bass fishing tournament back in 2007. These are a great little set of binoculars that I still use as a grab an go when a set of binoculars just may come in handy. I also love them at air shows due to the constant fast distance changing of planes overhead. They are extremely clear to look through as well. I feel lucky to have a set of these.
