I cannot find the fujinon anywhere for less than 100 in Europe. 😢 It looks like it’s selling out (e.g. Amazon). Where can I still buy it under 50?

Did you measure if objective diameters were actually different?

I just got the Nikon travelite ex 8x25 and super pleased the clarity/resolution is on par with my action ex so got a travelite ex in 10x25 on the way but im now wondering what is the BEST subcompact 8/10x25 i cant make up my mind what to buy next. the Kenko SG/leupold rogue were beat by your vanquish - i was worried id be disappointed with vortex after my nikons performing so well but now the fujinon/vanquish look to be clones and the fuji is cheaper hmmm do i pick one up or just get the Kowa YF 8x30 and quit fooling around

I just discovered your channel and love your reviews on optics. Questions for you: Which would you choose between these Vortex Vanquish/Fujinon KF 8 x 25/26 and the Kowa 6 x 30 YFII to keep in a bugout bag or to keep in the car's glove box? Are they very close in size/compactness to each other? Which has better optics?

Thanks for the question. I would keep the Fujinon in a bug out bag. Great optic and great quality. A close second choice would be the Vortex Vanquish. Love the Vanquish but you just get a better value with the Fujinon.

For a reverse porro, I will always stay in papilio 2, same size, same weight, but do more, 0,5m focus is a real deal... Every other reverse porro after you see the papilio in action, seems lacking
