I try and make the most informative and descriptive videos on the internet talking about what it is ACTUALLY like being in the Army and going through training.

Feel free to go on my videos and leave questions so that I can answer them in video form. Odds are, if you are curious or do not know then many others are as well. So, help out your battle buddies!

How is RASP different from RIP/ROP in terms of preparation and training? How do you get to Ranger school if you're not going to be in the 75th? Do you still have to go through RASP as well? Ranger school is so important, I believe every green beret should be required to have a Ranger tab BEFORE attending SF A&S. But what the hell do I know? Rangers lead the way and SF are the GOATs!!!

This is crazy to me! How the hell can you be assigned to the 75th Ranger Regiment WITHOUT graduating from Ranger school?!?! What's next, giving candidates that pass Special Forces A&S a green beret & a SF tab without passing the Q course?!!! I get how so many have Ranger Tabs and are not in the 75th! That's easy to understand. Maybe an Air Force CCT graduates from Ranger school & gets a tab, but obviously won't serve in the 75th. Maybe a candidate that barely passes the school gets a tab, but obviously isn't Ranger material. Sure, again, it's easy to see why many have a Tab & never served in the 75th!!! But why the HELL does the army allow anyone into this highly prestigious, badass unit without first passing the school? I will never understand this.

I remember volunteering before getting drafted back in '70. I scored very high in administrative field on my test, thought I was gonna be working in a corner office somewhere away from all the gunfight. After basic, our Drill Sergeant was calling out names and AIT assignment..when my name was called, he yelled out "you're gonna be a grunt, eleven bush..good luck DJ, take care of yourself." Back then, you do what they tell you, no question ask..shipped off to 'Nam after AIT and was there for ten months and got blood striped to E-5 in less than a year (RIP Medley, Maldonado, and Harris). I'm one of the lucky ones..don't join when there's an ongoing war we are involved in..never, never//

There’s a difference with going to war and serving your country. Almost all of our mindsets have changed, it’s not like ww1 where everyone wants to go to war. War is a very dark thing. Even strong or tuff people agree. Serving your country can be in many ways, war is not a necessity.

Retirees who struggle to meet their basic needs are the ones who could not accumulate enough savings during their active years. Retirement choices determine a lot of things. My parents both spent same years in the civil service, but my mom was investing through a asset manager, and my dad through the 401k. My mom retired with about ‘4.2M’, but my dad retired with roughly '$1.8M’.

For retirees and those close to retirement, I believe it's particularly challenging. All those years of labor only to lose it all to a problem you weren't responsible for, my regrets to everyone retiring during this time.

It depends on your personal preferences and comfort level. However, one option is to keep things simple and consult an asset manager. They can help you determine your risk appetite, avoid common mistakes, and provide a broader perspective on your investment landscape. I have about ($1.25m) in non-retirement assets. Compared to the whole value of my portfolio during the last three years, I have no debt and a very little in retirement accounts. To be completely honest, the information provided by managers can only be ignored but not neglected. Simply undertake research to choose a trustworthy one.

If you do well in pre-RASP, you’re gonna get smoked. If you do badly in pre-RASP, you’re gonna get your ass kicked. No matter what, you’re going to get chewed out by the cadre. The sooner you realize that, the easier it will get.

The AGSU is a sharp uniform. The public looks at this uniform and will instantly know that’s the Army. The old dress uniform looks like a fire fighter or airline pilot uniform and doesn’t represent the Army well. Additionally I think the historical significance of the old WWII era uniform brings a new sense of pride to the next generation of soldiers. As for the enlisted guys out there, your unit can order your AGSU’s if needed. that’s what my unit is doing.

I definitely agree that women are more likely to complain than the guys in Basic. Honestly, it’s because a lot of these women are not military material. I had met some tough women in the Coast Guard who had ZERO tolerance to complaints. Again, it’s a small percentage of women who are actually QUALIFIED to be a member of the US military. But, recruitment goals are recruitment goals…

The point of basic training is to break you down mentally and work you to failure. Its not personal. Then the DIs job is rebuild you and make you into a marine, soldier or sailor. You will find that you start as a total no go (said nicely) to praises and attaboys. But if you cant handle this, you actually can, dont join. Basic is nothing compared to life in a combat zone.

The E-4 Mafia is no joke. We've been behind the scenes, running the Army (with as little effort as possible) since it was founded in 1775. The Pentagon may deny our existence, but that's because they don't have the clearance to attend our briefings. It is always a dark day of sadness when one of our ranks gets promoted to E-5 and has to leave the fold. We try to let them hang out, but those dirty chevrons quickly strip a man of his common sense, replacing it with only sand.

So between the. Comments and this video. If its deeply serious disclose. Light damage...answer the question only given nothing else. Your recruiter is your friend for thr moment. Cause once meps has you meps has you. If your gonna lie you better remember it. If they tell you to hush bout something you F*×=in HUSH! And avoid sick call at all cause thats where they find the really deep shyt.

What do you mean you’re an officer now? You bailed out on the working class soldiers. I hope they never inducted you into the E-4 mafia. If there was such a thing. That would mean you had access to classified material and secrets of the E-4 mafia. If there ever was such an outfit. And now could do serious damage to them. If they existed. We can’t confirm or deny this. Your use of such information may warrant an investigation.
