You actually saw the transmission you installed in your Bronco come off of a diesel engine? I’m currently planning on swapping to a manual as well and everything else I’ve seen on the internet indicates that the diesel bolt pattern is not the same as the small block/inline 6 pattern. If it is the same, that would certainly increase the number potential donor trucks.

the 7.3 has the same bolt pattern as the 302/351?

Love your setup, remember watching the original build! A lot of guys run those shakers on their couch, one of the big ways to give better performance is throw on some thick rubber feet to isolate the whole thing from the ground.

@@autoexistence8902 I see it and will watch it now. Last question, did you have any trouble with the pedals/wheel ratio? I've seen some complaints that the wheel is too close when the seat up rolled up to work with the pedals
@autoexistence8902 Жыл бұрын
Well since I built it for myself, I installed everything so it’s comfortable for me. I could see how it could be too close if just built without making any adjustments. However I don’t have much issue because I don’t need to move the seat for myself.

Nice I followed your build years ago when you first started. I still have mine as well and have upgraded and change some things. Do you think you could do an in-depth video on how to hook up the butt kicker for consoles? There’s no videos out there explaining it for console. Glad to see you still have it.

Very great to see you again, I instantly became excited when I started the video. Amazing video, great to see you and your friends out having a good time. I know you probably wont see this but you your old bronco videos a few years back inspired me to fix my 89 bronco and swap in a new 351W, it still needs the transmission but nevertheless you have helped me get her back on the road. So thank you for that, great to see your content again I am looking forward to what comes next!

That trans is NOT a mid 90,s 7.3, ZF5. Maybe its a small block trans. Never seen all that egg crating on a 7.3 or 460.
