Did you come up with schematics and cut it out on plasma table? Looking to do something similar love this bumper

Now if you wanted to revolutionize the bumper system you would make it to encapsulate the original bumper and have mounts 2 on top and 2 on bottom to mount to the tow hooks mounts so you can take a harder hit because if you mount it to the bumper bracelet you don't change the amount of pressure it takes to set off the airbags but if you encapsulate the bumper you do by mounting it to the tow hooks mounts but you have to make it with thinner metal so it gives way to a harder hit pushing the original bumper in to set off the airbags. The purpose of a custom bumper is to be able to hit something without setting off the airbags if the airbags go off the insurance company will total it but with a custom bumper mounted to the tow hooks you can take a harder hit without setting off the airbags.
