Who measures 22ml in a drink.....? Or 50ml? These measurements are honestly quite useless for North American bartenders who measures in ounces, therefore in increments of 30ml.

WHAT THE F(_)< |<|<|<!!! There are DEFINITELY other way better videos the yours & if this is your assignment, YOU'RE GETTING F!!! The whole POINT of beer cocktail (& the reason there RARELY A BAR CRAWL OR DRUNKARD FIGHTS in Royal Caribbean Cruises inspite of the unlimited cocktail packages they offer) IS TO PROVIDE ALCOHOL BUT LESSEN THE EXPOSURE OF SIDE EFFECT OF ALCOHOL by mixing it with non-alcoholic or lower alcohol content like Liqueurs....& SAVE MONEY at the same time!!! WHAT THE HELL YOU MIXING 2 ALCOHOLIC LIQUOR FOR!?!?!? BESIDES IF I NEED TO BUY WHISKEY/GIN/VODKA/TEQUILAS... THEN THERE IS ZERO SENSE IM WASTING MONEY ON BEER AS I CAN DO BETTER COCKTAIL WITH THEM ALONE!!! THEREFORE THIS IS NOT BEER COCKTAILS!!! This is just lousy whiskey gin cocktail that you added beer!!!

I have tried shakey petes ginger brew. Similar in taste to ginger beer. My problem with it is that ginger juice is a real pain to make. I have also tried the De beauvoir, very dangerous. I could not source barrel aged bitters in my area, so I substituted it for angostura. Brings out the fruitiness of the lime into the drink. I have also tried substituting it for a dash of peated scotch it brought out the stout more into the drink. I used guiness in making the drink instead of a “smoked porter” not sure what was originally used here. I have seriously made a mess for others by drinking 6 or so De beauvoirs at home last night.

The aroma of vermouth is complemented by the olives, when I take a whiff of stale dry vermouth it smells like olive oil!

Olives work in a vodka Martini but in a standard (gin) martini they make me puke. I think orange bitters and a zest work well in a standard martini.

I Like the bees knees, it is one of the easiest cocktails to make. Using a 2:1 honey to water syrup works better than 1:1 on this drink.

I’ve just made the Shark Bite today using fresh juices, it did not get stuck to the blender and not quite as thick as yours, but enough for the grenadine to float nicely on top. Definitely quite boozy, dry and sour. The grenadine barely sweetened the drink for my sweet tooth.. I’m using Velier navy strength rum which is 57.18% and it shines through the slush nicely. I think I may try this again with bottled orange juice which is sweeter. Because Pussers is not available in my area, I am using Velier which makes this the most expensive cocktail I have concocted to date but still a fun drink as you said ;)

Yesterday on 07.01.24 I have finally completed trying all these drinks at least a few times each. 1: The vodka martini needs to be stirred really cold or it won’t work. Eating the olives complement the drink suprisingly well. 2: The french martini tastes better with fresh pressed pineapple juice than store bought which has a metallic taste to the finished drink. No matter how much I make this drink, the Chambord keeps turning the drink brown, not pink, despite using your given measurements. I’m not sure what I’m getting wrong but this drink does not taste that great. 3: The Cosmopolitan is a great drink albeit quite strong tasting. Definitely agree on the cranberry juice part. Good for sippers. It is also quite expensive to make, properly. 4: White russian is miles better than the black, this drink is still very sweet because of Kahlua, I think the alternative serve works out better taste wise. 5: Moscow mule is the easiest drink on the list, and very tasty.

Tom collins was my first gin drink. It was like vodka and soda water with herbs (I am a vodka drinker). The more I drank, better it got. It was similar to the japanese strong zero drink sold at the convenience store. I will be trying the Clover club next. Just getting started on gin.

I had my first Negroni today. It was great, not too bitter at all, a perfectly balanced drink. In fact it did not even taste alcoholic. I had avoided this drink for long as vermouths don’t keep well so I never bought them until now.

I find Kahlua too sweet. In the past and just now again, when I made the expresso martini. I did not have toussaint so I used more expresso and a dash of milk. Quite tasty. Kahlua has more of a sugar taste than a coffee taste.

This is one of my favourites, I have tweaked it to my taste, more orgeat, less simple syrup, havana club 7 rum. 25 ml havana club7 25 ml cognac 25ml squeezed orange juice 15ml lemon juice 10ml orgeat 10ml simple syrup.

I totally agree with you about not using grenadine for the grapefruit julep. Using my store bought pomegrenade juice, the drink was very sweet; and I could taste syrups. It would definitely be overkill to use grendadine. Unless skimping on the syrups then sure, but idk if the drink will be the same...

I made the Reality Check drink today. Your version and the 80mls of lager pilsner version, I feel that 100mls of pilsner throws the drink off balance, 80mls is a perfectly balanced drink. Thank you guys so much for doing up this video, quite amazing you can make drinks and film them. I lost a lot of precious liquid by throwing it 4 times!

I made the polish martini today, using absolut 100, an aged ukrainian spiced honey liqueur, and zubrowka bison grass.. it was tasty but way too strong that I could mostly taste straight vodka, I tabulated the abv to be 33+%. Because I’m not a regular drinker, I’m considering skipping the regular vodka and just make it bison grass, honey liqueur and apple Juice in the future because those two liqueurs are already 40abv and above.

Tried without the ordinary vodka and I think I found the problem, my honey liqueur has more spice than honey flavour. Sucks Krupnik is not available in asia.

I initially thought of the bonneville cocktail collection as an average cocktail video channel, then when I watched more I realise how encapsulated I get by the stunning visuals which make my mouth water at every cocktail made here that I even go out of my way to get the ingredients to make them. This is the best cocktail channel and the most underrated.
