These are more interesting than the average champagne cocktails
As always, thank you for an amazing video, and lets not talk too much about vol. 1 😂. For Valentines i'll be serving up this 'low' apv cocktail: (recipe makes two) 30 g fresh raspberries 10 ml cane syrup 15 ml Ginger syrup 30 ml lime juice 30 ml of London dry gin Dry bubbles Muddle the berries and put everything except the bubbles in a siphon with one charge. After 15 seconds doublestrain into a chilled flute, top with bubbles and garnish with a skewered fresh raspberry and a piece of candied ginger.

That Knickerbocker Royale sounds delicious, also what's the name of that song in the background, I could definitely use that for when I'm vibing or drawing.

Do you always want to go kinda low ABV in champagne cocktails ? (by this I mean 25ml of spirit instead of the classic "around 50ml") And if so, why that, cost reasons or something else ? Great video by the way ! Gotta love those !
