Sound was fine, maybe the background noise was a bit too harsh but when you are talking it was great and understandable. But improving doesnt hurt :P. And content like this is awesome, maybe do something like anthony bourdain did with food, just you can do it with drinks :P. By the way, im a huge fan of cognac and spanish brandies, i normally drink them neat wich i really like. This year with xmas though, i was thinking of doing it a bit differently and mix a cognac or a brandy with champagne or a rose wine, to make it a bit more celebratory looking and maybe tasting XD. I never really liked wine so i dont know if this would be worth the money to spend on some champagne or rosé wine. But if i would, do you have any recommendations on which types of i should look for and if it needs more ingredients then just mixing the 2 drinks?

I was the first place winner of the last subscriber cocktails episode, and I've got a new submission that I believe will win me 1st place again! This drink Is called The Diablo Oscuro. My take on a bittersweet, dark, Mexican hot chocolate. It is made as follows: 1.5 ounces (45ml) - Fernet Branca .75 ounces (20ml) - Ancho Reyes .75 ounces (20ml) - Godiva Dark chocolate Liquer 1 barspoon (5ml) - Cinnamom syrup 2 dashes chocolate bitters 1 whole egg Dry shake, shake with ice, strain into a coupe glass, garnish with fresh cinnamon or espresso powder. If you find it not spicy enough, and additional 5ml float of ancho Reyes will increase the heat.

Beautifully made video, and making me even more miserable that I couldn’t make it. Lots of good ideas for me to sink my teeth into! Only one slight thing irking me; gotta be frank, that music track was far too loud and repetitive. I get the artistic style you were going for, but I’d personally have quietened it down and had more audio of chatting crowds, to really convey the energy of an event like this. Other than that, top job!

Get you but it's not the crowd noise that's the issue, it's the music at the event, if music is playing in the background when filming it becomes really difficult to edit audio as the track/beat/lyrics skip with every cut. It's horrible, but that's we we've subtitled this video, we nearly didn't upload it to be totally honest.
