Recycled jam jars, (sterilised in microwave, lids boiled for 15 minutes, ) hot jam poured in hot jars , lids on tight asap, works like factory seals !! My jam doesn’t spoil for years.. Great jam, thanks for sharing. cheers

The potato salad at the beginning of the video looks like it has chopped green onions or leek, but I don’t see it in the recipe. 🤷🏻‍♂️

What about the egg smell?!! I don't like egg at all, but I see this recipe to try and start eating egg in someway 😭 And I want to make sure that there is no egg smell in it😶

I made my own version of bread pudding, which is pretty much like every other generic version, but I wanted a rich sauce with some depth. Well, low and behold, here it is. I just made this sauce, but I increased the recipe slightly because my bread pudding a slightly larger, used a single jumbo egg, a cup and a half of cream, about a quarter cup of bourbon, as well as the cinnamon and vanilla, and MAN this sauce is amazing. This is going to make my generic cinnamon raisin bread pudding, took and taste like something you'd get in a three star restaurant. This will be my go to sweet cream sauce from now on. It would be pretty amazing on just about anything, including ice cream. Actually, this would make an old shoe taste amazing. Well done, my friend. Thank you for the easy to follow recipe.

You know, I was going to ask if it'd be ok to just leave the skins on because I like the texture. But I remember hearing in a vid that the skins contain trace amounts of arsenic. So I looked it up and lo and behold. Yes, they do but it's usually in the eyes and in the skin. Now I have a shredded spud with skins included and I'm reluctant to cook them. But I don't like to waste so that's what I'm going to do. We've been eating the skins for years already, one more time shouldn't hurt. Right?
