    Hey mate, I’ve been looking to do the same thing but with ICF to help go completely off grid. I’m looking to go in the n/nw in the Gippsland in VIC. I do want a basement to so that should be interesting. This is a great eye opener because I want a shed house to. One thing I’ve learnt seeing this and a few more videos is stay on site as much as possible and learn as much about other trades as possible. Cheers mate for this, really enjoyed watching the series getting it done. Just a quick question. How high is your is the top floor from floor to ceiling? Again cheers

  • @AusAdventure
    @AusAdventure27 күн бұрын

    Glad it was helpful mate. Shed is 5m to the gutter then 6.2 to the roof apex. The mezzanine is around 2.8m from slab. Add the thickness of it to that. So it’s not full height at around the perimeter when walking around the mezzanine.

    I've built hundreds of sheds contracting and I've seen some nice designs and colours, yours looks like it's ironstone or close to. Definitely a good choice of colour, one thing I will be doing when building my house shed is double wrapping the east and west side as well as the roof with that silver insulation and reason being is I've had my frozen water bottle single and double, let's just say the double wrap made my water stay frozen all day in 40 degree heat 🤷🏼‍♂️
