BEACH CAMPING and FISHING ADVENTURE ⛺️🎣🔥- We strike fishing gold - Fraser Island 2021 - Part 2
This is the second part of my boys trip to Fraser Island. The weather calms down and we finally get stuck into the Tailor (Bluefish for my American friends). Over two days we catch our bag limit and have a great time doing it. We also capture some drone shots of two adults and one calf Humpback Whale on their migration south. So this is more of a fishing video but there is some scenery thrown in.

Glad to see your got onto a few. It's so much fun. If you haven't tried em smoked I highly recommend it. I have a big smoker but I do tailor in my little camp smoker. I have a kick arse smoked tailor dip recipe too. Look forward to the next vid. 👍

@@raydavies2545 Here ya go mate 👍 I don’t use light cream cheese, I use heavy. 1 1/2 Cups Smoked Fish, Crumbed 1/2 Cup Milk 8 Ounces Light Cream Cheese, Softened 1/4 Cup Onion, Finely Minced 1 Stalk Celery, Finely Minced 1 Tablespoon Parsley, Finely Minced 3 Teaspoons Sweet Pickle Relish 1/2 Teaspoon Lemon Juice 1 Teaspoon Worcestershire sauce Cayenne, to taste salt, to taste Pepper, to taste 1. Combine smoked fish and milk in a medium bowl 2. Cover and Chill for 30 minutes - 1 hour 3. Stir in rest of the ingredients 4. Cover and chill for 2-3 hours 5. Serve with crackers or tasty bread
