Ada persamaan dengan mesin husqvarna kayaknya mesin itu bro
Berapa berat mesin itu boss
Why wipe sawdust off?? Your gonna get it on you anyway 🤷♀️🤷♀️🤷♀️🤷♀️
I have same mower. How tight do u tighten the 1-1/8 bolts that hold bearings. I was told that they need to be tight. I had to replace my whole support housing with new bearings. Wasn’t fun. The castle nut wasn’t tight on mine either. Great video
Yeah “tight” was the same spec I was given. It’s a pretty good mower in dry grass
@@Man-Time ok that’s what I did but it seems to tight because it’s causing them to smoke and get hot. When I turn belt by hand, it is kind of hard to turn freely.
@willietownsend3547 sounds like the bearing caps are bad or something. Should be able to cycle easily by hand
I have some mower. How tight do u tighten the 1-1/8 that hold the bearings in. I had to replace my whole support housing. Also I used a ball joint remover to get bearings off.
I think there was a bad air leak at some point and it overheated the crank and damaged the bearing. And then the rest snowballed, get some good replacement parts and rebuild it the correct way and you should have a good saw for a long time. I got a holzforma 372xp clone saw and i tore it down and put oem bearings which is the skf and then put a used oem crank in it and then a hyway pop up top end it in along with a oem carb and a oem coil and the thing runs and performs just like an oem saw
You’re right on with that air leak guess!
Mesin sama parts nya mirip husqvarna bos. Apa mungkin bisa di gabungkan dengan husqvarna mesin itu
Yes most parts interchange with the Husky 371/372
Is it the right way. Ya, it worked out, so that's as good as any other way that fixes it.
Speaking my language Man!
I wouldn't use a grinding disc until I used a hammer and chisel to remove the rusty scale first to be able to have a good idea just how weak the metal is. Once cleaned up use bead sealer, let it dry before putting the tire on the bead.
mine also doesn't have numbers on the serial tag, just says holzfforma, for the working man on it!
the needle bearing on the clutch drum is shipped dry is the first thing i realized when i got mine right out of the box!
Mesin bagus

Glad you’re here man! Not a fuel issue but good guess!
Halo bro... Mesin yang bagus.
Can you share Year How much you paid Contact for people you bought from. Would appreciate it. I need one of these.
Most of that info is in the video. I just searched marketplace for man lift and scissor lift until I found the cheapest one that worked
Mantaapp
Husqvarna atau stihl yang irit bahan bakar nya bos. Berapa inch maksimal bar untuk husqvarna
Not perfect explaining
Boy that saw is LOUD! Makes me really appreciate my battery operated ones.

Love this shit
14 minute video, doesnt even use it. Glad its possible to skip through videos
Thanks, this helped a lot. Changed my starter motor no problem.
Use one of the outrigger bottom pivots as a vise
hey man, what chain do you run on that thing? I bought one from someone I work with and am having a hard time finding a chain for it. Thanks!
It’s going to depend on the bar. If all the marking is rubbed off you may have to buy a new/used bar so you know what chain to look for. But the sprocket on mine is 3/8. You’ll need to see if the sprocket is marked so you can get the right bar. Typically .050 3/8 LP in the bars length
@@Man-Time dude you're awesome, thank you again
Hey MT, must be a re-release backed by popular demand 😉😉. It's def a pretty cool saw...
Yeah YT has my vids glitching and studdering after 18 min. I want to let people use them as a reference, so I’m condensing a few to re-release
372xp for the win 1999-2024 + clones. Best saw husky ever made imho. The early ones can be made into animals.
Love tge video. I have a mahindra 4550 that looks similar. Great tractor.
For anyone wondering what to bolt the front chain to. I have seen if you take the AC compressor out of its housing and bolt the housing back on, you can hook the chain to it and just set the AC compressor to the side out of the way and not have to evacuate the freon. I am only 7min into video and if he explains this later, sorry.
Great point! I think I find that during re-assembly
You need to figure out what pin isn't taking grease and fix that thing cause I can hear the squeaking noise that I no all to well to be dry pins
Do you have any ideas how many bales have been through it? Thanks.
I don’t have a clue. I’d guess lots
Difference between Mechanic's & parts changers . The blood drawn . Every time for me .
We use Okbrand 14.5 gauge wire, but dad feels like the circumference of the wire is too big. We break down all the time. He wonders if the wire we are using is the problem. He lost a field of hay due to not getting it working in a time crunch. Any advice on that?
Sorry to hear about your loss. Been there before. I would say the least likely reason for a failure is the wire. Running too fast through the field is my main cause of failure. Overloading the baler
I had to do seals on one not long ago had same problem getting it to loosen I just heated it with torches then used pipe wrench worked great and didnt have to risk damage beating it off
It’s blue so it’s a pre built.. They need a real real good going over. I bought the same blue g372 3years ago and the first week it ran great but then started acting funny like an air leak. I did a pressure test on it and found a pin hole in the crank case behind the flywheel. The paint is what was keeping the crank case sealed for the first week. I ended up putting JB Weld over it and it’s been out with a logger ever since. He’s had to change some parts here and there but other wise it’s still kickin. They can Be fantastic saws they just need a good going over.
That seems to be what’s going on with mine. Thanks for the tip! I may dig back in so it isn’t a total waste of money
@@Man-Time yeah it was just a casting flaw. Instead of change a case half I just opted for some JB Weld lol. The prebuilt saws definitely benefit from a pressure test. Fastest easiest way to rule out an air leak
2171 ?
2071. Full build vids on my channel
Been running a 42” bar for milling on this saw, i also opened it up a bit for performance, its still running to this day
What grabs the twine and starts it onto the bale?
The simple answer is the hay/bale. I was asking myself the same question. It jus hangs out the end of the tubes and magically works every time
@@Man-Time So as the hay bale turns in the baler the twine just gets sucked into the bale chamber and starts going around the bale as it turns? Where are the twine tubes pointing when the twine gets sucked in? Are they out at the sides where they start or are they together pointing straight at the bale when it happens? Thanks. Oh, and how sharp to the knives have to be?
Yeah the bale wrap activates and the twine tubes come to center and gets sucked in. The knives just free of burrs. Hand file
Great video 👍 is it just common power steering fluid , cheers tim
I use the Oreilly’s premium tractor fluid for all the hydraulic stuff now adays
Yes Sir M.T. - not gunna readily find stuff built to last these days. Might say Fiskars but I just can't get used to a plastic handled axe....
Do you like these medium sized saws more than larger saws such as a 660 or a 395xp or bigger? Do not find more power more exciting or is it that these saws are the first you usually reach for
I’m always going to grab the lightest tool that is capable of getting the job done, in pretty much any scenario. These fill that role for the forest I have in almost every case
Thanks for a very helpful video series. At 49:51, you throttle up and try the hoe and still nothing. At 49:58, you seem to reach down and do something, and blammo, it starts working. What did you do? I don't have a 555, but it seems like you "flipped a switch" so to speak, and it started working. I'm dying to know what you did?
No Sir, there was no magic switch. Maybe some Devine intervention to save me from losing my shit. Welcome to Man Time!
