Thanks. This helped me figure out how to cut Turbot. (Whack the knife with a saucepan) filleted one before but needed to cut it into bone in portions.

Its funny because he mentions Dover sole, which is just a wonderful fish to eat. I was a chef in the Savoy grill, and its the only restaurant ive worked it where ive cooked dover sole, we sold alot, and it was so expensive (well, its the savoy). But when i go on holiday to spain, theres some lovely fish restaurants on the coast that serve the biggest bloody dover soles youve ever seen, and theyre not that expensive at all. I love going there.

I love Rachel Khoo ‘s simplified approachable French recipes! I have your book Rachel ( The Little Paris Kitchen hardcover ) and am enjoying and excited to try your recipes.. I give you so much credit on how you managed to do all you have done in your young life .. Keep up the good work and you have thousands or should I say millions of fans and I am one of them .. I live in the US eastern state of New Jersey .. where I live we do not have many if any French restaurants.. we do have a sumptuous French bakery to die for ! Viva Rachel !!
