Sorry all but im sure james missed the hand shake hence why when he relised he put his hand on Mr Carlucios. James Martin has and still has the absolute utmost respect, admeration and think i would say luv for Antolio Carlucio. Whenever he mentions the man he speakes of him almost like a father and son relationship so i will have to dissagree that James Martin would ever be rude to Mr Carlucio. God Rest this Cullinery Master and Gentleman.

Those two are magical together. You need to be Italian to understand their unique interaction. I find it heart-warming and funny. My dad looks and acts just like Antonio and is a great cook. His Sicilian mother taught him and he taught me but I,ll never be half as good as any of these talented gentlemen!

Had never heard of pork cheeks but found some on the fresh meat counter at Waitrose. Great little cut of meat. Cooked this and it was lovely.

Great video and great recipe! When I cook this for people for the first time they're always really surprised at how amazing it tastes! If you're finding it hard to source pig cheeks you can order them from some butchers or Waitrose.

calm down guys, James and Antonio have known each other for years, so... 1. they probably shook hands or hugged when Antonio arrived at the studio. 2. it looked like Antonio was doing a "ta-da!" hand flourish, rather than reaching for a handshake. 3. as they're about to touch food, hand-shakes aren't advisable in case of bacteria. 4. Antonio has appeared on James's show today (Home comforts, January 15th, bbc1) and they are still friends

1. That's no reason to CLEARLY refuse to shake hands with someone again. 2. No, he was reaching for a handshake, not to do a "ta-da" hand flourish. 3. When you cook food properly, bacteria get killed off. 4. Good for them.

I've never seen Gennaro act so rudely. I'm disappointed in him. If someone teased him on a show he would not have been so gentle as Antonio.

Actually Antonio Carluccio said he is not a chef"he has not studied cooking in the traditional sense in any famous school...He said he loves cooking and shares his recipes...I love the way he doesnt like fusion ..but insists on being truly Italian..

Antonio is the master of Genarro and they are friend for more than 30 years. I think that attitude is just for the show ;)
