The lady in the video says to add both the juice and the zest from 3 lemons. She is totally wrong-add only the zest as is says on the" bbc food" website for the same author recipe.

I´m sorry but here mexico is hard, very hard to find double cream, please tell me, can I chabge it for cream whit 35% fat, just need to know that to then inmediatly make it, thank you, for this demostration and carefull thanks again......wait for answear.

Just let me tell you how a liar will do she's always coming with something new The method it ok put Recipe wrong Oven at 180 c for 25 mins turn them around and cook for a further 20 min at 160 c with the vent closed
