In 2003, he sold Nairn's, to concentrate on Nick Nairn Cook School , his state-of-the-art Cook School on the shores of the Lake of Menteith in the Trossachs, where he teaches and is based.
Nick has a range of foods available to buy, including breakfast cereals, biscuits, breads, oatcakes and crumpets, sold in Tesco, Morrisons and Sainsbury's, with more food products in the pipeline. All foods are made to Nick's own recipes.
