Langoustines with Garlic, Lemon & Parsley Butter
Ingredients
2 Dozen Fresh Langoustines
200g Soft Butter
3 Chopped Garlic Cloves
1 Lemon
Chopped Parsley
Splash Olive Oil
Method
Mix the Soft Butter with garlic, parsley and squeeze of 1/2 a lemon
Split the Langoustines in 1/2 and clean out the innards
Heat pan and add a splash of Oil and knob of the butter
Add Langoustines flesh side down, cook for 3-4 minutes add squeeze of lemon, salt n pepper and turn over for a few minutes
Remove from heat and plate up, pour over the butter
Enjoy
