Yeah ...Basics are the best for back. I did like the Hammer strength machine when i trained in a Gym but it´s no magical tool, it won´t produce results like a BB Row

That's annoying! Have you tried leaving bench press alone for 4-6 weeks and attack Incline bench or flat dumbbell press for a while? Or doing bench press as an accessory exercise on a shoulder press day. I've also found standing military press strict helps with overall pressing strength

Only half inch out! 😀 I always found my arms shrunk around an inch or so during a cut but looked bigger due to the improved definition! Nice stats mate👍

@sebastienfoucher7865 I have done a 220kg explosive Barbell rows for 5 reps in the past. I did 182kgs last week much stricter form for 8 reps
