    Bro .thats nice i like workout. But for me i think you should change the method of training for ex. Reduce the weight and work slowly one set and second you can work double contraction .... you will have a huge pumps . Good luck bro

    I do feel it quite alot. But I may try one handed pulls to allow for a longer deeper stretch out next workout

    @@Fullerstrength I don’t think stretch is an issue as you are getting plenty stretch there. I have a body solid lat pull down and for some reason it doesn’t feel the same as the one in the gym though it’s technically the same motion
