    Not done band triceps pushdowns since lockdown , they really work n prolle better than cables - dunno why .

    Eu estou de férias do meu trabalho e resolvi voltar a pegar nos pesos. Então encontrei você dando duro. Antes de qualquer treino dou uma pequena olhada em que você faz. Fui criado em um local aonde se tinha apenas barras e pesos e criei um local humilde contendo barras e pesos livres.

    Sounds like you're really burning the candle at both ends. Unless you are on some decent peds sounds like you maybe running your system down too much

    Ok fair enough your system can take it then. I just know I have to conserve my energy before working out and then once ive trained I am done for the day ​@Fullerstrength
