    Abs starting to come through and fat dropping off, great progress looking good mate! Could do with a bit more stretch on the calves easy to make some sort of block with wood. Have you tried lunges? My quads ache for ages after a few sets to failure. Love the old school training. I also have a basic home gym. No fancy machines required! Old school is the best school!! Just subscribed you have my support👍

    Thank you for subscribing and giving me some tips! Yes the fat is dropping which is fantastic I've not seen my abs since i was 5 years old🤣 I messed up with Calve raises definitely need to use a block, which I have. Not done Lunges in years! So I'll be adding them in soon I'm sure. 💪

    @@Fullerstrength Coming from a strength training background you have a serious amount of muscle mass you will kill it come competition time I'm sure! I find lunges are a good finisher and bring out the detail in the quads I do them after squats. Try 20 plus reps on calves they can be a real stubborn muscle group and can take a lot if punishment.

    @gez1972 thank you I'm hoping I lots of muscle on me! Sounds awesome for the Lunges and the calves, my left calve is torn so will be difficult to build anything on that one now
