    Good work on the military press, i agree 100% with you that it´s one of the best lifts. The old Strongmen did them & the standing version trains everything. whole body as you said if you clean & press it.

    It’s true! But a lot of people pass out straining, I did it once when I was a lot younger. Remember to breathe

    @@solslastcannula5665 Yeah deadlifts...saw a guy on KZread who passed out doing them & hit his head on the dumbbell rack. Luckily he was OK. I don't deadlift nowadays at 57 but I remember when I did a few years back I felt light headed after a heavy set of 5 reps 🤣

    ​@Fullerstrength a thumb less grip puts your shoulders into a more externally rotated position. More comfortable and often healthier for your shoulders when pressing I believe.

    Well done! Impressive 💪 I'm sure I can do better but I'm doing bench press as my 3rd or 4th exercise in a huge calorie deficit for me. I'm not used to lifting very slow and controlled like this and I also haven't trained bench press for 6 years. Just giving excuses!
