jesus.. 4;30 mins of babbling....god nvm this whole video is just him pushing his course and babbling.
Yes, Adam, lock the homeowner down tight! Show him / her what an extortionist fee you can use to lock them into a "deal" if they decide to break the deal. They will love the 10% to 20% (or, even greater) fine you impose upon them. They will sing your praise far and wide. They will love you. Of course, you may have legal standing...but, is the ill-will and hate worth the money?
Really good info, all 5 sound exactly like Shamrock Roofing in KC. Just not a good spot and happy I no longer work for them.
I hate sales so much
Tell me the worst investment you have ever made.
The email had no free download. I'm done.
So you want to encourage people to falsify urgency to take advantage of people who don't know the truth... fucking shameful, practically scamming, bet you focus on elderly people too fucking scumbag
"Create legitimate urgency." Sir, that's what you call an oxymoron.

Can you give me pointers on why you think this is true. I'm learning, scared to death, but I'm in no shape to turn back now. Lol
@@ricklopez2236 I’ve been in this particular field for 6 years. I work 1-8pm and noon- 6pm . In the field now on this Saturday. I have travelled to open up offices and built solid teams. The number one key is confidence! You have to believe in your company and yourself. I can definitely help!

Is bro walking on a treadmill in a button up shirt 😂😂
Walking treadmill desk for the win.
When do you think the best time to knock doors is?
With THAT 1970’s John Holmes wannabe mustache??, like never….!
Great advice 👍🏻
💪👊
How do you maintain high standards within your team?
You got all that from an extremely exclusive company that always sells out of everything selling out of a new product?
GREAT video Adam! Managing finances is such a crucial part of just living. Adding a couple of notes: - If you're 1099, make sure you're playing your taxes Quarterly to avoid an IRS penalty. Have a trusted CPA help you set this up. It can save you thousands! - SAVE at least 25% of your income for Taxes, 10% for your business Revenue - When you receive your checks, don't spend it all right away. Stock pile as much as you can in a high yield checking account and then "pay yourself" a salary based on your own living expectations. Please add in anything I missed. You Rock Adam!
Tag a member of your team that needs to hear this.

Managing my time! Better to be hyper focused for 3 hours than getting nothing done in 8-9
What do you do to continually improve your ability?
Right on the head. For some it takes longer to arrive at a good idea; it takes longer to land a sale. Whether that inherently makes them worse as an intellectual or salesman is what often gets locked in on when what should be examined is "does the solution work" and "are there ways for them to improve".
if only 1 in 50 of your ideas work, i suggest you get an IQ test
This company i was working with was eating deductibles, I had offered it to one of my clients and after I found out it was illegal, i had to go back and tell them they needed to pay it. They weren't happy, but it's better than risking it. Im no longer with this company.
So i went out yesterday and knocked on 147 doors, granted the time was 10:30-3 on a weekday 😂 but the motivation dropppped when i only had 4 people even answer their door
How about a door to door no solicitors sign salesman? Give the people what they actually want
why are you walking and standing still
bro walking on a treadmill
"Barry Dylan?"😮
Why does this guy have a button up shirt on in the gym?
First time seeing one of your videos, just wanted to drop this comment off and say keep up the great work you are doing!! Hope your week goes well 😃😃🙏🙏
How do you plan your time?
Yes
This dude is a ai
???
You’re the ai bud
How do I get your system?
www.rsra.org/join/
Adam, try to provide a SERVICE to your potential customers. Your message of psyching out the customers may put money into your pocket; but, it doesn't serve the insured, nor, the roofing companies which are, actually, doing the repairs. You, and those who follow your example, are hurting the roofing industry.
I need that sweatshirt!
HECK YEAH Jeff, next time you log into the RSRA app you'll see the swag shop :) if you don't see it, DM me.
What if there's no Peggy? What If it's the first house ?
How do you encourage homeowners to take action now?
I tried to get to working with you but you only train teams. Do you know any who does individual coaching?
Word of the day yes
Hey man really appreciate the content! I’m two weeks into Roofing Sales and you are already helping me out so much thanks brother.
You are very welcome! I'll be rooting for you!
Great analogy, you could go a while without one then you get a really good one
Bro, this dude is a ai
Thank you so much Adam, your book and content have really been my compass while being "out at sea" with no experience. I've been working on my sales pitch everyday and slowly getting better. I've sold a few roofs but my closing rate isn't where it needs to be, there's always room for improvement. Thank you for all that you do.
I’m nice. And I focus on their needs first.
What do you do to stand out from competitors?
Been in the roofing industry for 4 months now. Doing both sales and production. Had 2 weeks to close sales as I transferred fully back into it. Sold 75k my first month! Love this industry
💪💪💪
Did this with great leadership and your videos as I also had 0 prior experience. Pushing for 100k this month.
I show them examples of what storm damage looks like before I go up on the roof. Then I come down and do exactly what you just said
How close have you come to quitting?
I can't fine any where that says if you go through law suit and settlement, is there still a deductible to be paid???? Please lmk thank you :)
