What do you predict is going to change in the next 5 years?
ACV only policies. Seeing this happen out here in Spokane WA. Or insurance is including a roof exclusion in the policy until the policy holder replaces the roof themselves without the insurance covering it..

Kentucky Farm Bureau is the first to start only offering ACV n Kentucky on roofs older than 7 years.

Great video. I can definitely see D2D being very viable in areas after a storm. But if a company is getting 90% of their business from D2D at some point it will get squeezed out according to the projected models you just mentioned. Am I understanding that correctly?

Hit the door and gently agitate the homeowner's imagination regarding their storm-damaged, old, worn, stained, and curled asphalt shingle roof. This is where old-school door-to-door and virtual sales collide. E-Up Roofers!
