Excellent video, Adam. Complete paradigm shift. Everyone wants to be lead. We need to be the leaders our prospective customers are craving.

I feel like every other week there is a new strategy that trumps the old one. Then the cycle comes all the way around and then all of a sudden the old way is the best way to do it again. This is what causes confusion for sales people. To many opinions on what is the best way.

Random question Adam. Been listening and implementing your strategies for two years now with great success. I’ve started my own company and would like some pointers on a supplement training course that you would recommend I have no clue sir. Thank you

After 12 years in the industry, our company is also pretty new, about two years. I really recommend outsourcing supplements to a local adjuster who does it on the side I typically get my supplement estimates written for about $75 and I send those off to the insurance company and make the calls myself. I just did not have the time to learn XM8 or Symbility software and I didn’t want to hire someone in house. Good luck and God bless!

Off topic to the video. I have a roofing company that reached out to me for D2D with a 5% commission starting out. 200 bucks per sign up for my first 20 deals. My question is, is this a good place to start commission wise

Seems about average. If you have experience you may be able to get the 5% raised but if you are new to the industry it’s an average starting rate from what I’ve seen. In FL they were doing 6% commission with $300 after hurricane Ian
