I have completed 5 yrs in tcs, but have 2 C bands and rest are B, if my manager agrees to add my name in the promotion list, will i face difficulty from HR end. Or just getting your manager initiate your promotion will be ok on HRs end too ?

Also here extreme pressure to do extra work which should be done by PMO . Like take approval for timesheet , create WON etc why a technical person will do all such type of work. If you dont do they will give you lowest rating and if you reject band , they will say ok we will revise lets see which is just a drama , then after 35 or 40 days same band will be there nd dudcussion will get close.
Worst , for C Band its just Health insurance increased by 2000. For B only 1500 to 2000 rs yearly increased. For D salary reduced which should never happen..

You can get it changed after your join TCS with Parents or Your Medical Reason
But yes before joining if you want to change the location then you should provide strong medical reason
