Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) has linked quarterly variable pay out to employees with their attendance in office. Those with less than 60 percent attendance won’t be eligible for the quarterly bonus.
Employees with 75-85 percent work from office attendance will receive 75 percent of their variable pay while those with 60-75 percent attendance will only get 50 percent of their variable pay.

    One more imp point you missed is even though variable pay is linked to our RTO, it doesn't mean that we can go to office on our terms. 85% attendance is mandatory or else disciplinarian actions are taken

    I have been with tcs 13 years, nowadays it is getting bit toxic, they are tagging us as aged employees even in official mails not even word senior , it is kind of discriminating. Also, they are restricting our allocated leaves even though no delivery impact, even for emergency if we request for one day wfh, they will ask us to apply leave, but still we have to work for the billing it is so unfair, we are wasting our leaves but still profit for company, worst management

    Tcs does not pay that well and now they are not having high skill projects. They pay lower than average and call people for 5 days a week plus 9 hours at office. Office does not have good transport facilities and now there infra is what making them call people. They want to show odc to get business friends say and believe more of show faces then work

    Tcs learning to waste time money and resources. The new management is going to stome age era and talks to develop technology they all the time talk of paisa cut kar denge. I myself have applied for more than 100 companies since past 2 months and none of them are shortlisiting btw. Hence we are forced to stay here. And many of them are asking for less than 30 days np which is not possible, tell me some tips to negotiate on the np

    I am not able to understand why companies are asking employees back to office. Now a days none of the Indian private sector employees can escape from there work. Company is not a school because employees can not be treated as students. Employees are professional so they either work or quit. So instead of coming back to office they can ask for their deliverables to complete before deadline that they can work as per employee choice. This shitty managers coming from call center toxic environment with mideocare mindset so now i believe that big companies will be on a lossing side and startups will flarish more.

    Tcs has 6 lakh employees in 3 years they double it from 3 lakhs to 6 with high package now recession hits and they are suffering, however tcs don't fire directly so they are doing indirect scheme to maximize attrition of atleast 25% to get their targets 😂😂
