I will tell you one thing. Every one who is a customer for example we are customers for a shop and we will look at a product at a cheap cost.... In such a way companies also look for cheap resources to do a lot of work even on weekends...

TCS is a jhumla company

they are giving 200cr to their CEOs but they are cutting down freshers salary, my sister join tcs in 2010 at 3.2 lakh package and now for entry level roll they are offering 3.4 lakh for freshers in last 14 years this is just increment of only 5% in 14 years

I don't think the current system will continue for long. There is no reason for having so many employee count with rise of AI and other newer tech. IT employee count will inevitably shrink significantly and we will see hirings increase only in specific localised domains but profits and revenue will continue to increase over the long term will less employees due to newer tech. The days of IT as a employment generator is over.

I feel happy that I resigned from this bogus company.

If someone attendance is 75% in the office.. let's say attending 3 to 4 days in the office then what will happen?

so working 5 days in office is enough? not for 45hrs means 9hr/day is not mandatory?
