TCS is one of worst company for freshers and junior employees. TCS should be your last job at the highest package instead of second or third job. Many colleagues work at 18LPA and got 5 to 7% hike.

Yeah greatest finisher in IT industry, it'll finish the employees career. For this 1% hike, we need to go to office dialy, wear complete formal attire, and have our pockets empty for their 100 rs. mini meals. I got a hike of 400, while, I'll eat lunch in the canteen for 500 rs every week. TCS... greatest for a reason... because they'll kill the IT industry by being regressive. It seems that the only way to get A band is to be in the office full time and suck up. I do my job better than anyone and got B band 4% hike but only 47% bonus potential. It's a kick in the teeth. Not an incentive to work hard for 24/25.

RTO is a myth, i have followed the complete RTO but still got 4.5% hike.

For your information There is another category other than A, B, C, D band that is Top performers among A. Those top performers got 2 digit Hike

There is no value of talent here in most of the projects , associates who do TCS related work along with client work they get good ratings , changing project is very difficult here even skill sets are not aligned....i never written negative review for any company so far but for this just becz of management . They think they sre not employees but partners of TCS

Also here extreme pressure to do extra work which should be done by PMO . Like take approval for timesheet , create WON etc why a technical person will do all such type of work. If you dont do they will give you lowest rating and if you reject band , they will say ok we will revise lets see which is just a drama , then after 35 or 40 days same band will be there nd dudcussion will get close.

D band received negative hike, Quarterly Performance bonus as Nil. A varies 4-7 %, as heard.

I got a B band and got 4.5%. In my case I am going to the office all 5 from the past 2 years and I have not even used my casual, earned and sick leaves. My colleagues got A and C bands but for A band 7% and for C band 1% they got. The above percentages are the same for all the people who came to and did not come to the office. The funniest past is getting double digit increase 😅😅😅😅😅. I didn't hear that some got a double digit increase. Who told you that they got a double digit increase. Could you mention that person's mobile number or Gmail because I want to talk to him and want to know what rules he followed other than me😂😂. That would be helpful for next year appraisal 😅😅😅😅😅😅.
