    Work culture and employee wellbeing is last priority right now. These companies have become slavery machines. I have decided to just work part-time or with foreign clients only !! Next year I will move out of India even if it's South Africa or Dubai or start my own small venture even if I can earn 50 to 60k monthly !! These people are mentally harassing young people. I personally have 10+ years experience and I have seen work culture just going downhill since last 1 year in particular !!

    Well, People have a Choice .. There are still other jobs to do .. Not only in IT sector. Just do what you can to survive. Don't want to be slaved by these corporations. In the mean time, get any job whatever your body can handle but just don't be stressful. Health is more important and Health is very expensive especially when you get older.

    Ideally, the IT Companies should have anticipated the downfall of the sector due to economic depression and planned the hirings accordingly. Had that been done diligently, none would be in trouble now.
