Work culture and employee wellbeing is last priority right now. These companies have become slavery machines. I have decided to just work part-time or with foreign clients only !! Next year I will move out of India even if it's South Africa or Dubai or start my own small venture even if I can earn 50 to 60k monthly !! These people are mentally harassing young people. I personally have 10+ years experience and I have seen work culture just going downhill since last 1 year in particular !!
Govt should ban all service-based companies in India.
Cognizant also do the same thing broo for bench employees
i think people who are working in service based company need to switch at the earliest.
Broo IT is not safe now, MFG and Banking are safer than IT sector
There should be some consortium to discuss this in details where employees who have lost jobs can get moral support. This is preety evident than the last year.

Well, People have a Choice .. There are still other jobs to do .. Not only in IT sector. Just do what you can to survive. Don't want to be slaved by these corporations. In the mean time, get any job whatever your body can handle but just don't be stressful. Health is more important and Health is very expensive especially when you get older.
What to do now?
Ideally, the IT Companies should have anticipated the downfall of the sector due to economic depression and planned the hirings accordingly. Had that been done diligently, none would be in trouble now.
Even in persistent system, it has happened same with me. Hr called and asked to resign immediately and relived immediately. 😢
Now days in it only managers are enjoying their life and bossing who will be there who will not be there and also they are bot technically strong.
To survive in IT industry you must have the latest skillsets which are in demand. Hence when you are employed in IT, make sure that you are equipped with the skills in demand.
Why does everyone want to be a Techie whereas the Universal Basic Job Guarantee is only a Cobbler for Techies
