This shows what EA studios can do when they are actually given time to make a game and when the card game aspects aren't the main focus (which I blame on players, not EA. They are just catering to their most profitable audience)

Dynasty mode in ncaa14 was great. And had depth as well once u began to play the setting a lot

I can’t remember the last time I saw EA on they’re game like this, it just seems like they put a ton of effort and heart into this project it’s really a great breath of fresh air. Now if they can take a 10 year break from Madden maybe we can finally get another great NFL football game lol.
Totally stoked - has anyone heard if the players will progress to the NFL? Remember back in the day, College players graduating could be imported to Madden as the next draft class? Is that a thing? That was always fun - play your team in college, and your badass Senior declares for the NFL, and at the end of the season, you could import those players as the new Madden class - so then you play madden, import the class, and there's your badass player available for scouting and hopefully draft to your NFL team...
Can someone inform me why they stopped making college football games for the last 10 years in the first place?
At this point just play this game. Forget about Madden.

I don't think you can say the abilities aren't like madden just yet until you play the game because every time EA adds something to a new game its always OP that they gotta patch a week later.
Well yea but the people who played it and the wording is different. Like it’s boost in pass catching instead of if there isn’t two defenders near me it’s an automatic catch
You see, this is the way madden is suppose to be. if EA dont look at all the positive reviews about this game and say to themselves we need to do a complete overhaul of madden, instead of throwing that garbage at us every year, they are some complete damn fools!!!
Nailed it on the progression from ‘14…. Really hope there seems to be some logic behind progression. I wish coaches could regress as well, like if they had an awful defensive/offensive season. Maybe you’d have to take away an upgrade from the tree that was previously purchased. I’m sure I won’t use the coach upgrades though.
Idk about not using the coach upgrades the guys who played dynasty said it’s pretty hard
What do you guys think about Dev Traits being set in stone and unable to change?? I am unsure of how I like that. If there is a player that plays well, I want their ratings to go up to reflect that
Will you be playing against subscribers on stream when the game drops in 2 weeks like you did in NCAA Football 14 or will you be focusing on other aspects of the game
With all these updated features along with the stories cane gives his players to make them feel more real this dynasty is going to be legendary who will emerge as the next channel legend

I think the ONLY thing I’m still very hesitant about is the dev traits. I don’t love them in madden but I feel like they make more sense in a professional setting rather than college.I think it would better to do just a simple how well they perform weighted by how much time they’re given, something like The Show but better cuz their system is pretty bad imo. I just don’t think a freshman with a max of 4 full years of playing should be defined development wise by a couple levels, if they play well as a freshman they should be rewarded as such and if they don’t they stifle a bit I don’t think a development tag is necessary
Dev traits are my biggest concern too. Unless there's some way of them changing throughout a player's career in a way that makes sense and isn't broken.

You wouldn’t redshirt a guy if he could help right away and you think that out ways the extra year of development or if playing time is a deal breaker. They can always try to transfer out as a result.

Progression seems like it’s going to be much better. It didn’t really matter the players you brought in because most of the time you could get them to high 80’s and 90’s just by going through the offseason. Should help even more with the difficulty and immersion. And it’s so awesome that they went to the community for added features. Like the added conference patches and field logos when you get in those dynasty’s where you are swapping conference’s. Seems like such a small feature but it’s awesome for overall immersion.
Guys a true challenger to NFL 2K5 has emerged. How do I know this game will be arguably the best football game of all time? Hurricane has made 4+ hours of content on just features, based on the RPG elements in the game. If this game has the gameplay which we think it has - along with fantastic presentation as is being hinted? Generational
The gameplay will be improved I played the madden 25 beta and gameplay on there is very much improved with the new Boom tech still tackling needs work tho

i think my favorite miscellaneous feature is the dynamic helmet stickers lol i REALLY hope we can add that to our teambuilder schools but i have a feeling we prob wont be able to...
They said they thought of everything and given they clearly care a lot about the game you might be able to

@@kainplays agreed. Not the biggest dems builder user but I love to make costume teams and uniforms even tho I rarely use them in game(artist expression I guess) so I’m with you in hoping for as much freedom as possible in that mode

I wonder how in-depth they’ll eventually get with the Wear and Tear. Donovan Edwards had a broken hand two years ago vs Ohio State and could only carry the ball in one hand….he still ran for 216 yards.
