Marion's Kitchen

Hello, I’m Marion Grasby. If you're obsessed with a packed-to-bursting dumpling, well-sauced noodle or the supersonic crunch of crispy fried chicken, you’ve come to the right place.

My love for Asian cuisines started in my own childhood home kitchen and hasn’t stopped since.

I post new videos several times a week with recipes from all over Asia (plus my take on Aussie classics). Oh, and I love some Italian-Asian fusion.

This isn’t fancy food. It’s the simple food I love to eat. My tips and techniques will ensure that what you cook works every time.

Get in on the action by subscribing to my channel and pressing the bell button to get notifications every time I post a new recipe.

Wow, this is a very good tip. It is often hard to peel eggs beautifully, especially when the eggs had been sitting in the fridge for a while.

I recently made this Airfryer Lemon Chicken recipe. I haven't had the airfryer that long. I was very happy with the chicken being juicy & crunchy. The lemon sauce was perfect.

I've been making your Persian rice pilaf dish (but with lamb) a lot. It's so so good! I didn't usually eat basmati rice but because of this dish I've fallen in love with basmati rice.
