I got mine last week, along with the 5x5x5 v4. This one is much harder than the 5x5x5, and a lot of fun! I've solved it on my own a few times, came here to see your method and perspective. My approach was different, but I still learned some tricks from this video!
@LukeLane19848 күн бұрын
I got the 5x5x5 v4 yesterday, and it was actually a lot easier than I had hoped/expected. No algorithms needed, was able to do it intuitively. It's still fun, though! Going to try the 4x4x4 v3 tomorrow. I'm expecting that one to be more of a challenge.

Because of you I have been able to complete the whole sengso crazy cube set. I really like these crazy cubes. Even the MF8 4x4. Thank you. 🎉❤

Thank you for your videos! They’re very informative :) If you get a chance, can you explain further on solving the 2x2 centres? For some reason, that’s the part I get stuck on - I watched your video on an alternative solve for this cube, and still had an issue, I’m not sure why! With this method, I got stuck on how to turn it to get the remaining pieces somewhere I could move them. Thank you anyhow! 🙏🏼

What is your hardest puzzle up to date to be specifi?😊
@SuperAntoniovivaldiАй бұрын
Hmm, good question. There are those that are hard because they take concentration due to long algorithms, like the Eitan's star and its radio cube modifications. There are those that take a while to figure out strategies and skew your perspective, the crazy circle puzzles and the ghost skewb. Ultimately, once figured out, like any problem, all puzzles become simple. I have a few puzzles that I have still yet to scramble that just may take that position!

The Chinese tutorial is different. The small inner corners are placed last. Pairing the outer edges according to your method is very complicated. However, the Chinese algorithms for arranging small internal edges are not simple either. When I arrange the cubes, I leave small inner edges and thus on the last layer I create parities that are difficult to solve.
@michael_soria2 ай бұрын
I finally figured it out. Took me a week and watching this video numerous times and many restarts. Had to figure out where all the center edges moved with all the different movements. But I got it and then on the second solve only took me 2 hours. Thanks for the video. 🎉

After solving the cube, I got a parity of two corners on the yellow layer. I used the algorithm you show on this issue (23:20 2R U 2R U' 2R U' D 2R U' 2R U 2R D' - fixed centers lower left corner). In my case, this algorithm does not fix the parity, it mixes the cross and corners of the last layer a bit, and after tidying up, the parity still appears unchanged.

That algorithm for flipping the corners is perfect and I think that should be in more guides (btw it's 2024 there's still subpar guides for Gigaminx Solves) 'cause of how similar it is to the 3x3x3 Cube corner flipping.

I am having a hard time with the centers. Some reason I think my cube is broken. I can’t get them all solved.and my pieces don’t always match opposite on the back side. Like you said it should. I figured it out. Show how i popped the piece while I was twisting it. And the pieces moved out of their fixed spots and it threw the whole thing off and I can’t solve it. I know this because I got a new one and solved it the first time. I spent hours trying to figure out what I was doing wrong. Thanks for the great videos. Keep it up. You have helped with a few tough cubes.

Hey there love your videos! I was looking for a bit of advice. I wish to purchase one of these from MF8 and I have an option for black, primary, or transparent blue. In your opinion, would the blue one turn worse than the others? I’ve had an experience with this happening with one other puzzle but it was a brand I’m less familiar with. Just wondering if you or anyone else may have any insight into this. Thanks!
