Interesting, i finally understand the fused cube analogy. I watched your other shangshou circle 4x4 videos and you didnt deconstruct it with the fused cube, but seeing the visual definitely made it click into place. I have 2 of the shangshou puzzles but I want the mf8 now, because the idea of a real 4x4 with a 2x2 inside of it is pretty interesting to me. I wish I could justify buying the real crazy double circle 5x5 by Carl hoff but for now I have to settle for these 4x4s. I know shangshou released a crazy 5x5 and ill have to look into that one as well. I dunno why but ive been on a crazy circle puzzle kick after buying the double circle 3x3 on a whim. With the mf8 4x4 there is a minor difference from doing a 2x2 into 4x4 relay in that you do have to maintain the circles as youre solving the centers of the 4x4. With a normal 4x4 when you solve your first center, you can just make bars and put them in without worrying about displacing something else. If you follow the yau method, the 3rd center will also be like the first centers as long as you build bars adjacent to the first two solved centers. In that way, the 4x4 is slightly different which means the solve isnt a true one to one solve of a 2x2 into a 4x4. I do wonder though, if there is a way around this; ill have to do some experimenting to see if maybe you can just orient the corners on an axis to make it possible to solve both at the same time.

I fell in love with your channel the day I came across it. Such a treat to see a new video. I love weird non-wca puzzles and the unboxings you make of them.

circle 4X4 is really hard. I even did not figure out circle 2X2 yet. Maybe I should finish circle 2x2 then challenge circle 4x4 later on. Nice video. because I can not find other circle 4x4 solution at other place

How come the inner circle pieces directly across from each other aren't opposite colors like white/yellow or blue/green etc. How can these pieces that seem connected possibly be seperated. I thought I did the 4x4 solve correct and have my fused corner. I'm going in circles haha. edit: The pieces must've skipped position, after re assembling I was able to solve the puzzle.

When I finished 4x4, I found that the 1/4circular in the fix corner didn't has the right colour like your case. So I couldn't replace them with your algorithm.

I do have a question. I just got the cube today was stumped that there was no fuse portion on my cube.

Hello! I am stuck at Sengso Crazy 4x4. I have got some kind of parity. I have located the fixed block. In my case is it the blue , red , white corner. The opposite piece never moves in relation to the fixed piece. So the opposite pieces should be blue - green, red - orange , white- yellow. But the opposite piece to white is now white. Any idea how to fix this?

It's a very playable and stable puzzle. Easy enough for a quick solve, but enough of a challenge to be interesting.
