  I am going to tell you today from my experience, I am also saying that I may be wrong, I've been suffering from mental and physical pain for a long time so I sat down to meditate tonight by praying to God and remembering our 7 chakras. Slowly it feels like my soul is in a bag, A warm sensation in the front and back of the body, It seems that something is trying to rise from the bottom, Sometimes it seems that my head is tilted back on its own and I can't bring it back even if I try something that is trying to escape from the mouth, With my eyes closed I see many horrible scene Until last, that hot feeling reaches the forehead, it seems that something wants to burst out in the fields Then I saw the image of Siva's face and trishul and devi shakti idol , But then my mother went to the bathroom and found me meditating My mother called me but I didn't hear. After two or three more calls I realized that she was calling me but it was difficult to hear and I felt a burning sensation in my body. Mom asks what happened to me I say I was mediating but I felt a pain from inside, I look at my face in the mirror, my eyes are red and I feel a pain in my chest This was my experience, thanks 🙏🙏🙏
