What an explanation. I could relate to each and every point told by you. I have experienced energy moving from lower to upper chakaras. Have even encountered kundalini awakening once for which I and my family were totally unprepared. So I was declared to be suffering from some mental disorder, but gradually when I studied more about these things and listened to wisdom of wise people, I realised my kundalini had got awakened. Now I have started wearing Rudraksha mala (panchmukhi). I feel lot of difference. Consciously now I am trying to focus more on my upper chakaras. It was a great video.

Kundalini use jarur jala degi. Jo. Iska adhikary nahi. Kundalini use jarur jala degi jo sudh nahi. Yaha adhikary ka tatparya guru se hai. Sudh ka tatparya. Yam niyam pratyahar prayanam se hai. Jo inse banchit hai. Vo apne chakro ko jagrat na kare. Mansik sthity kharab ho sakta hai. Maine kiya th. Meri mansik sthity kharab ho gai thi.

May ek sadharan insan. Bachpan se hanuman chalisa padta th. 2015 se adyasakty Ma durga ki upasna kerta hu. 2019 me maine nad yog sirf ek mahine kiya. May jhingur ghanta sankh mridang ki awaj sunne laga. Uske bad mere sarir me urja itna bad gaya ki may pagal hote hote bacha. Art of living me jana pada. Tab thik hua.
