We should be in the present moment. Detach from the past. Be here right now. Whatever happened in the past is gone. Be free. How we respond to things happening right now is more important than what we did yesterday or moments ago. Be in knowledge, do seva, be in satsang ( in the company of good) & meditate daily. We must do our best & surrender to the supreme consciousness/divinity/God. Always do things without expecting fruits of our actions. And I can go on & on. Loka Samasta Sukhino Bhavantu🙏🏼

Mythology term could have been replaced but we can understand what he meant to say. He is not a guru but an enlightened soul who is just as simple and common as any normal sanatani is. I and our friends use many such similar terms but that doesn't make us less Sanatani.

As per our Hindu sastras Name is given based on our janma Namakaran in astrology. Every Nakshatra is divided into 4 padas and each pada is given a sound. So Name is given based on nakshatra pada in which our moon is placed during our birth time.
