Exact the se thing happened with my dad, last year oct22 my father got sick, show the report to doctor they said, they have lever abscess. We phoned to our family, they said just came here, one that exact time we booked a cab. For almost 800km.we reached there, and admit him. Those 1 months were really unfortunate to me. I saw my father in very bad shape. Surgery happened, but still not recovering, then again we changed the hospital, there my father was for 22 days. Doctor said now they are ok, so take them to home. Also we purchased the medicine for 2 weeks. We did that, everything was going perfect, but after 1 week, my father got bloody toilet, BTW hospital was almost 120km far away. On the next day he was normal, I played the hanuman chalisa on phone and ask the God to give strength to my father. But next day tuesday, he got very serious taking long breath. Suffering. I was on the corner side, seeing him like that, I was in the shock state, saying that's it, I don't think my father gonna survive..my brother called the ambulance. All of family members were in ambulance. Sudden I was crying like little boy. They went nearest hospital by themselves. All the other neighbors came to me, and trying to stop me for crying.. After 5 minutes later I was little calm. Then suddenly my cousin came and said uncle didn't survive. And he was also crying. I was in extremely in pain and sock...

Puranas are man made stories. Garuda Purana was written after Christanity/islam came into existence and probably got influenced by concept of "Heaven" or "Hell" In original Vedas and original Upanishads, there is no concept of Heaven or Hell. Do not confuse heaven with Indra's Indralok loosely confused with "Swarg". This is not to be confused with place where people after death go. Yamaloka was also mentioned first time in Garuda Purana Everything written in Puranas should be taken with a pinch of salt. Puranas are full of man made stories written around 1500 years ago. Puranas are meant for common folks because common folks can relate to stories and concept of Atman Brahman is not exiting to all common folks. There is no concept of heaven or hell in Vedas or Upanishads. Everyone [living, non living, invisible] is part of Brahaman in a sense u r Atman who constitute BrahAman . Everything is cyclic including universe etc And yes everyone [including "sinners" ultimately achieves mokshas and become part of Brahaman itself . But this concept may lead to dangerous situation therefore Gurus dont highlight else everyone will become lethargic and "sinner" For Brahaman, there is no "sinner" or "Virtuous" " because these are societal characters and rules and Brahaman is beyond and above this. So then people will ask if "sinners" [in quotes because it is a societal norm] can be part of BrahAman by moksha, then why should I waste time in become "Virtuous"? In order to understand this , we need to understand actual meaning of being "Virtuous" and actual meaning of being "sinner" /root cause of being "sinner" The answer is : Yes "sinners" will ultimately be part of Brahman but not being "Virtuous" it will take time to achieve moksha because in order to achive moksha , you need to be beyond any attachment [which is actual meaning of being" virtuous" ] and if you "sinner" [meaning you still have attachment to worldly pleasures -like wealth, emotions etc it will take time to get rid of these and think beyond Atman . Hope this clears.

@@Utkarsh.233 Never argue with idiots. Puranas are "supposed to be composed" by maharishi ved Vyas but they have been written only 1500 years ago. :) Go figure out. Read details of Vedanta [study of Vedas and Upanishads] which is at higher standard than Puranas , then talk. The traditional account of Vyasa's life places him in the Dwapara Yuga, which is said to have ended around 5,000 years ago. However, the Puranas themselves are thought to have been composed much later, in the 3rd to 10th centuries. There are a few possible explanations for this discrepancy. One possibility is that Vyasa was a real person who lived in the Dwapara Yuga, but that the Puranas were not actually written by him. Instead, they may have been written by later authors who attributed them to Vyasa in order to give them greater authority out of respect., Now shoooooo!

Finally Ranveer has shown some genuine sincerity when he explained the gist of Garuda Purana. This isn't some tech/skill homework you could do, but requires genuine curiosity and desire to learn. Please maintain this sincerity throughout the topics related to Sanatana Dharma. It doesn't matter if your _western listeners_ understand everything because in all honesty, not many can understand the nuances of the Dharma/Shastra from one podcast. In practicality, it would anyway allow you to have more podcasts, thereby more viewership. Therefore, please maintain this sincerity, and keep churning more such podcasts from real Gurus. This apart my guru RSSB says reg the punishment (if someone argues plants hav life too logic ) Babaji says if you kill a rat /dog /horse by accident or willingly the punishment u get is not as much as killing a human So it depends what level of crime u do to get / not get naraks Like I keep thinking what not to do rather than what to do Swamiji ur guest also said similar things u focus on the right thing to do rather than what to avoid

See there is no garuda puram. See we all gods and we created this universe. We came here to experience this Human form living. Once we experience we will leave this form. Then you may ask why this karuda puram is made. this is a rule book so that human beings dont harm other human or any other creature. So he will focus on himself. See these are made by ancestor they are clever because if normally they say dont do this sin you will not obey so they used fear as tool and created this. 😊😊 Please read all these books 1. Who i am by ramana maharishi 2. Yoga vasitam by vasitar 3. Bogar 7000 4. Journey of souls 5. Many master many lifes 6. Thiru manthiram by thirumular 7. The secret 8. If the soul is punished in the hellish planets, then why is there a negative karma balance when the soul is reborn. If the soul goes through punishment in hell, why does the soul when reborn pays for karma in the new life. There seems to be double payment of karma, once after death and the other when you are reborn.

Bro punishment is only for present birth karma. There are also many previous births karma need to be exhausted. So a person is sent back to take birth again.

I did a small research and it seems that heaven/hell are specialised zones where certain souls go who have very heavy karma (good or bad) that can't be fructified on earth. For example , because of you 1000 people died, it's not viable to kill you in next 1000 births, so these special areas are used for such heavy karmas. Still you will be left with your sanchit karmas that were there before.

Its even said even if a person's soul which goes to Swarg loka or Indra - loka overthere their soul might enjoys unlimited bhoga , such as beautiful nritya ( dance ) of apsaras , have madiera ( alcohol ) , enjoys various qualities of food - items , bathe in milk with flowers petals , rests in colored flower bedsheets etc etc then after a very long time of bhoga that particular person soul has to go back again in bhu log to get birth again face life sees the up and downs and then again death and vise versa but if even in swarga - loka if a person soul will sits at the corner and do the mala chants of hare krishna then it gets that the most divine opportunity to go to the " Vaikunth - loka " which is called free from the materialistic , bhogig and ending world and make our soul as divya jyoth to be one with Narayana ........ Hare Krishna ........ ❤🙏........
